Barton’s training team supports a wide array of Barton Associates services. They coordinate the new-hire orientation schedule for all new employees and deliver the orientation presentation every week. In addition, they present the weekly CRM training to new hires on the sales team.

Members of the training team deliver sales leadership training, support leadership training, and outside leadership training, including coordination, scheduling, planning, and design. They manage the centralized training calendar, which is the hub for training-related content. This calendar is maintained by adding and modifying content to ensure every department is covered.

This team is responsible for ongoing training and related content development. This involves uploading documents, writing and producing voiceovers, and video production. 

The training team also manages the internal learning management system, Barton Academy.
